Inquiries are welcome by phone, email or walk-in. Our admissions team will gather basic information and arrange a personal tour.

Our Nurse Manager meets with the prospective resident (at Highview or their current location) to learn more about care needs. The results are shared with the family.

Once admission is confirmed, the resident chooses from available apartments or suites.

Families receive clear instructions about paperwork and fees. Required documents include medical history, physician orders, insurance and identification.

Contracts are signed with Power of Attorney, and a move-in date is set.

Our staff personally greets new residents, helping them settle in and feel at home from day one.
