Katie brings years of healthcare experience to Highview in the Woodlands, building upon her prior work serving seniors at Wesley Willows. She is currently completing her MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. Katie values the strong sense of community at Highview and especially treasures the relationships she has formed with residents, many of whom feel like family. Her strong managerial and administrative skills support her commitment to ensuring residents receive exceptional care from our staff.

Dana started her journey in nursing in 1993. She has been part of the Wesley Willows community for over a decade and joined Highview in the Woodlands at the time of its 2024 affiliation. Recently, she expanded her expertise by completing courses in infection prevention and antibiotic stewardship. Dana’s favorite part of her work is hearing how she has positively impacted the lives of residents and their families by serving as their advocate.
