Katie brings years of healthcare experience to Highview in the Woodlands, building upon her prior work serving seniors at Wesley Willows. She is currently completing her MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. Katie values the strong sense of community at Highview and especially treasures the relationships she has formed with residents, many of whom feel like family. Her strong managerial and administrative skills support her commitment to ensuring residents receive exceptional care from our staff.

Lakesha brings over 18 years of nursing experience to Highview in the Woodlands. She joined the Highview team after serving as a Registered Nurse at Wesley Willows in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation. She is passionate about serving older adults and takes pride in fostering a supportive environment where residents feel at home and staff feel valued. Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Lakesha is committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement in resident care. She believes that compassion, integrity, and teamwork are the foundation of excellent healthcare and is honored to serve the Highview community.
